Dispute resolution

According to section 47a of the Telecommunications Act, consumers have the option of initiating arbitration proceedings before the Federal Network Agency if a dispute arises between the subscriber and next id GmbH as to whether an obligation has been fulfilled vis-à-vis the subscriber which relates to the conditions or execution of contracts for the provision of the network or services and is connected with the following regulations: sections 43a, 43b, 45 to 46, or the statutory ordinances issued on the basis of these regulations and section 84 or Regulation (EC) No. 717/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 June 2007 on roaming on public mobile telephone networks within the Community and amending Directive 2002/21/EC (OJ L 171, 29 June 2007, p. 32), in its current version, the subscriber can initiate the arbitration procedure by submitting a request to the consumer arbitration body of the Federal Network Agency. To do so, an application must be submitted to the Federal Network Agency. The application must be addressed to:
